Before applying to exhibit at our event, please carefully read the following important information:

General Information

1.      Space Allocation: All exhibition spaces are clearly marked out and do not include shell schemes.

2.      Clothing Exhibitors: Businesses selling clothing must book a minimum of a medium or large stall.

3.      Duration: We only offer stalls for the full duration of the event both show dates). Unfortunately, we do not accommodate: One-day bookings or stall sharing

4.      One Business Per Stall: Only one brand/business can be
promoted per space.

5.      Furniture: Each space includes two chairs. Tables are not included but can be hired via our Exhibitor Portal, along with linen and other extras.

6.      Logos for Marketing: A high-resolution vector format logo must be
submitted upon signing up. If this is not received, your brand may be excluded
from official marketing materials.

7.      Insurance Requirement: Exhibitors must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance before the event.

Exhibition Guidelines

1.      Space Selection: Exhibitor spaces are allocated to ensure optimal customer
flow and overall event experience. Unfortunately, we cannot accept specific space requests.

2.      Payment Facilities: All exhibitors must be equipped to accept card
payments.

3.      WIFI Access: While the venue may have WiFi, it is not guaranteed.

4.      Exhibitor Rules: Parking and exhibiting guidelines will be shared upon
successful application. Please ensure these are followed at all times.

5.       Deposit: A refundable deposit is required prior to the event
to ensure your space is fully cleared upon exit and rules are adhered to.

Power & Equipment

1.      Electricity: Each stall will be provided with one plug socket. Please bring your own clearly labelled extension lead. If you require additional power, contact us in advance.

2.      Exclusivity Clause: Exhibitor Exclusivity: To maintain a high-quality experience and offer greater visibility to our exhibitors, we kindly request that you do not participate in any other exhibitions, pop-ups, or trade shows within a 5-mile radius of Byron Hall, for a period of three weeks before and after our event.

This exclusivity ensures maximum engagement, a stronger customer experience, and a more impactful collaboration.
