General Information

  1. Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd March 2025. Show times are 11am – 6pm on both days*
  2. Example floor plan – Please note we do not allow you to pick your exact placement.
  3. All prices are inclusive of VAT

Before purchasing we ask you to read the below.

For your investment, you will receive the following – Terms and Conditions apply

  1. Workshops to enable you to gain maximum benefit from exhibiting with Hey Gorgeous
  2. Opportunity to participate in additional marketing campaigns eg. Radio competitions
  3. Provision of branded signage for each stall, additional signage can be purchased
  4. Exclusive invite to our after-show networking event, food and drinks supplied
  5. Promotional marketing designs supplied for your social media channels
  6. Cages are supplied for easy loading and transport of your equipment - these are limited in supply, so there may be a wait.
  7. During the show the information desk is fully staffed should you require any assistance
  8. Hey Gorgeous use all available channels to market the event to a wide audience
  9. All exhibitors are allocated free tickets for their friends, family and followers, needs to be pre booked before the event
  10. Access to the venue the evening before will be available for setup


General Terms and Conditions

  1. All spaces are marked out and do not consist of a shell scheme
  2. Only one business is advertised per stall
  3. We provide two chairs with every space, tables or rails are not included. A selection of table sizes, linen and other items can be rented from our exhibitor portal.
  4. All logos must be sent in a high resolution vector format upon sign-up. Failure to do this means you will forfeit any marketing material we provide.
  5. You must provide public liability insurance ahead of the event
  6. We do not allow choosing a particular space, all spaces are allocated using various different methods to ensure a good flow of traffic and customer experience
  7. All businesses should be able to facilitate card payments
  8. The venue does not guarantee WIFI access
  9. We ask you to please observe our parking and exhibiting rules which will follow a successful application
  10. We will require a refundable deposit before exhibiting to ensure rules are followed and your exhibition space is fully cleared on exit. This is refundable on Sunday evening and must be claimed before leaving the show. We will not be able to process any refunds of deposits past this date.
  11. We will provide you with ONE plug socket for each stand, please bring your own labelled extension leads. If you require extra power please do get in touch with us.
  12. To ensure the highest quality experience and offer exclusivity to our customers, we must stipulate that exhibitors do not participate in other trade shows/exhibitions/pop ups within a three-week period before and after our event within a 5 mile radius of Byron Hall. This will help maximize your visibility and engagement, create a unique attendee experience, and strengthen our collaboration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
